These terms apply when you download or use the Ketzev preview for Mac.

Using Ketzev

You may install and use Ketzev for personal or internal work during its preview. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or distribute modified installers unless you have written permission from Ketzev’s developer.

Preview software

Ketzev is still being tested. Features may change, and occasional defects or interruptions may occur. Keep appropriate copies of information that is important to you and install updates from ketzev.app.

Calendar and third-party services

Optional features rely on services provided by Apple, Google and Cloudflare. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. Ketzev’s Google Calendar connection is read-only and does not create, edit or delete calendar events.

No professional advice

Ketzev is a productivity tool. Its reminders, time estimates and reports are informational and are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Warranty and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the preview is provided as available without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Ketzev’s developer is not responsible for indirect losses caused by relying solely on a task, reminder or calendar display.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Ketzev develops. The current version will remain available on this page with its revision date.
